I am wondering if you know of any good journal articles, web sites, books about running and developing homosexual groups for high school students....I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions...I need to develop 8 lesson plans and various activities for a gay/lesbian group ...Thank you
There are a lot of resources on this page:  http://www.aglbic.org/resources/index.htm

It is part of the website for association of gay lesbian . . . counselors.  Some of the resources are sort of old, but should get you started.

One other thing to remember is that gay/lesbian youth are also interested in the same issues that interest all youth.  Those young people are more like than unlike their heterosexual peers. Your group may provide a safe environment for them to discuss/explore adolescent issues of acceptance, conformity, planning for the future, dealing with rejection, managing anger, getting along with family members, managing risky behaviors, etc.

Another suggestion is to contact the campus gay/lesbian organizations for tips and topics.

Good luck with your project.

Can you help me find a curriculum to follow to set up a group guidance program for homosexuals and lesbians for teens?

One source of information is http://www.aglbic.org  Their newletters may contain some tips:  http://www.aglbic.org/news/editions.htm

I haven't run into a ready-made curriculum myself.  Perhaps you could put one together with some local help -- that would help reduce community flak.  Good luck.
