Test Yourself

The links below will allow you to test yourself at home, but are not provided so that you will be able to make a diagnosis of chemical dependency.  That diagnosis should be made by a professional who is licensed and trained to provide substance dependency assessment, diagnosis and treatment.  If you believe that you have a problem with alcohol or other drugs, I recommend that you see a professional for a screening even if these instruments below did not indicate a problem.
