T-Block
1. Cut the pieces.

From background fabric (white) cut the following:
- 4 7/8 X 4 7/8 inch square--cut 2, then cut diagonally to make 4 triangles. These are your B triangles.
- 5 1/4 X 5 1/4 inch square--cut 2. Cut into quarters along the diagonals, as illustrated below; these are your 8 C triangles.

From blue fabric, cut:
- 4 1/2 X 4 1/2 inch square--cut 1. This is your A square.
- 4 7/8 X 4 7/8 inch square--cut 2, then cut diagonally to make 4 triangles. These are your B triangles.
- 2 7/8 X 2 7/8 inch square--cut 8, then cut diagonally to make 16 triangles. These are your D triangles.
Blue and white are only for illustration--use any colors you like!
2. Sew the B triangles together to make squares.

3. Sew the C and D triangles together into units.

4. Sew the units into strips:

5. Sew the block together:
